Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the continental U.S. only, with some exceptions for air freight shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, international addresses, hotels, or freight forwarding companies.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
Ground delivery takes an estimated 3–7 business days
Truck freight deliveries take 7–12 business days
Overnight and 2-day shipping options are available but not guaranteed

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items in new, unused, and resalable condition. Returns must include an RMA (Return Authorization) number and be sent to the correct warehouse address provided.
Important Return Guidelines:
Electrical parts are non-returnable if opened, unsealed, or installed
Missing parts or hardware? Entire item or kit must be returned
All returns must include a valid return tracking number
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of warehouse receipt

Warranties & Defective Parts
Most parts come with a 1-year limited warranty, excluding electrical components and wear-and-tear items. Warranty decisions are subject to manufacturer review and may require documentation or proof of professional installation.

We do not send free replacements — all parts must be returned and reordered
We do not cover labor, rental, or additional damages caused by defective or incorrect parts

❓ Didn’t receive your package but tracking says delivered?
Please check your surroundings and with neighbors, then contact the carrier. Lost claims can take up to 30 days.
❓ Missing a tracking number?
Allow 2–3 business days for your order to process. You’ll receive tracking via email once available.
❓ Damaged delivery?
Refuse the package with the driver if possible. If accepted, you must notify us within 24 hours to report the issue.
